You create an account

The first points land the moment the account exists, before you have bought anything. They are spendable on that first order.
Every decant that arrives

5 points per decant, counting quantity: order three bottles and that is 15. They are added once the parcel is marked delivered, not at the moment you pay.
A review is published

Write about a decant you ordered: how it opens, how long it lasts. Points arrive once the review is live on the product page.
Someone you referred orders

Share your link. When a parcel ordered through it arrives, you get 5 points. The link is on your account page.
How to spend
Spent at checkout
At checkout there is a field for how many points to apply, and the matching discount comes off your total. There is no minimum spend.
- Points can bring an order down to zero, never below it.
- They work alongside a discount code. You do not have to choose.
- Whatever you do not spend stays in your account.

Questions we get
- Do points expire?
- No. They sit in your account until you use them.
- Do guest orders count?
- Points need an account. Sign up with the same email as the guest order and it is linked to you, points included.
- What if I cancel an order?
- Points it spent come back to your balance, and points it earned are removed.
- Can I combine points with a discount code?
- Yes. The code comes off first, then points come off what is left.
- Who can leave a review?
- Account holders who ordered that decant. One review per product, and it earns once published.
Set up an account before your next bottle
It takes under a minute, and points start with the first order that reaches you.
5 points for creating an account, 5 points for every decant in a delivered order, 5 points when a review is published on the site, and 5 points when an order placed through your referral link is delivered, with no minimum spend. Points can cover an order down to zero but never below. Points need an account; a guest order earns once the account claims it. Cancel an order and the points it spent come back while the points it earned go away. Points do not expire.
